On the morning of Tuesday, April 14, an educational workshop on pain management was held at the Active Participation Center in Pizarra, in the province of Málaga. During the workshop, members of the chair provided the center’s users with a set of tools based on the latest evidence for the management of chronic pain. In addition, the workshop encouraged discussion about the users’ preconceived notions regarding pain and allowed them to resolve their questions about situations involving persistent pain.

This activity is part of the “Older Adults and Chronic Pain” initiative organized by the Chair of Health and Pain at the University of Málaga in collaboration with the Unicaja Foundation.
