Currently the function of requesting personal data on this website is not enabled. In this case, Cátedra Salud y Dolor will treat your personal data in the following way.

Purpose

Personal data collected through the Website will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Sending information requested through the contact forms provided on the Website in response to any type of inquiry related to the products or services provided by the company.
  • Collection of data from people interested in participating in the research conducted by the company.

The fields of these records are mandatory, being impossible to perform the purposes expressed if these data are not provided.

Legitimation

The data processing is carried out on the following legal bases that legitimize it:

- Free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent, insofar as we inform you by making this privacy policy available to you, which, after reading it, if you agree, you can accept by means of a statement or a clear affirmative action, such as checking a box provided for this purpose.

To do so, you may use the forms provided by the organization, or send a letter to the postal address or e-mail address indicated above. In any case, your request must be accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document, in order to prove your identity.  

In case you feel that your rights concerning the protection of your personal data have been violated, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, you can file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency), through its website: www.agpd.es.

Use of forms for the collection of personal data:

In the purchase and contact forms on the website, where personal data are collected, the user must expressly consent prior to sending them, acceptance and knowledge of the privacy policy by completing the checkbox "I agree to the processing of personal data", and whose content can be accessed through the attached link that will send you to this privacy policy. If the checkbox field is not checked by the user, the data contained in these forms will not be sent.

Duration and modification of the Privacy Policy

Cátedra Salud y Dolor reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, this Privacy Policy, publishing the changes on the Website. It may also make unannounced changes it deems appropriate, and may change, delete or add content and services it provides, as well as the way in which they are presented or located. Consequently, the general conditions/policies that are published at the time the User accesses the Website shall be understood to be in force and shall be read periodically.

Regardless of the above, Cátedra Salud y Dolor may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time without prior notice, access to the contents of the Website, without the possibility for the User to claim any compensation.
