Training on Chronic Pain Management for Participants at the Active Participation Center in Teba (Málaga)
On the morning of June 5, a training session on chronic pain management was held at the Teba Center for Active Participation of Older Adults by a team from the Chair of Health and Pain. During the session, participants received evidence-based training on pain education and tools for managing chronic pain. In addition, the session encouraged participants to discuss their preconceived notions about pain, and they were able to clarify any questions they had regarding pain-related situations.
This activity is part of the “Older Adults and Chronic Pain” initiative of the Chair in Health and Pain at the University of Málaga, in collaboration with the Unicaja Foundation.
