Unicaja was proclaimed champion of the FIBA Intercontinental Cup in the tournament held last September 18-21, 2025 in Singapore. The club's expedition included Mario Bárbara who, in addition to being a member of the Chair of Health and Pain at the University of Malaga, is a physiotherapist for the first team.
